1. Service Description

Smartnox is a tool that helps users organize YouTube subscriptions, filter recently published content, and create YouTube playlists through authorized access to Google and YouTube services.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement and must comply with all applicable laws and platform rules when using Smartnox.

3. Your Account and Google Access

• You are responsible for the Google account you use with Smartnox.
• You authorize Smartnox to access the Google and YouTube data and permissions you explicitly grant.
• You may revoke Smartnox access through your Google account settings at any time.
• You remain responsible for playlists, content choices, and other actions performed through your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Smartnox in violation of any law, regulation, or third-party right.
• Attempt to disrupt, abuse, reverse engineer, or interfere with the service.
• Use the service to infringe intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
• Use automated or abusive behavior that violates Google's or YouTube's terms, policies, or quotas.

5. Third-Party Terms

Smartnox integrates with Google OAuth, the YouTube Data API, and YouTube. Your use of Smartnox must also comply with the applicable Google and YouTube terms, policies, and developer requirements.

6. Intellectual Property

Smartnox and its original design, branding, and software are owned by Smartnox or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership rights to you.

7. Service Availability

Smartnox may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We do not guarantee that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

8. Disclaimers

Smartnox is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Smartnox and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, revenue, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of the service.

10. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Smartnox and its operators from claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Smartnox if you violate these Terms or if continued access could create risk for the service, its users, or third parties.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version on this page and update the effective date above. Your continued use of Smartnox after the updated Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
